Theory and Philosophy
Counseling is a collaborative experience; I am here to work with you to promote growth and enhance your overall mental and emotional well-being.
I believe in establishing a safe and non-
judgmental space where clients can dive into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
The initial steps toward counseling can be arduous, but I am here to offer support and guidance as you explore your inner thoughts and feelings.
Modalities
My chosen theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My goal is to help clients in the exploration and identification of negative thought patterns that may distort their way of thinking and to challenge these thoughts through reframing. Together, we will challenge negative thought patterns by utilizing cognitive restructuring, self-monitoring, positive coping mechanisms, and problem-solving.
I am excited to work with you as you explore your journey to personal growth.
