Theory and Philosophy
Life presents us with challenges that impact our mental wellness, offering opportunities to discover resilience, inner strength, and attain growth. I believe that healing begins within, and I am here to support you in accessing that inner power.
At the core of my practice is creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I am dedicated to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and all age groups, adapting my approach to honor each individual’s unique journey and personal goals.
Modalities
In my practice, I am drawn to humanistic approaches that honor each client’s unique needs, including Person-Centered Therapy, Constructivist Therapy, and Existential Therapy. My focus is to support you in self-discovery, navigating challenges, overcoming fears, building a healthy sense of self, and creating the life you envision.
I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help foster awareness of how our thoughts and emotions influence behavior and impact both our mental and physical well-being. Together, we’ll work to harness these influences, enabling you to approach life from a place of regulation, intentionality, and confidence.
